"I ordered the Pho with rare beef & tendon. It was perfectly proportioned. The tendon was the highlight. The broth was delicious, light & flavorful. The owner was friendly, gracious & interested in my dining experience this evening. The place was clean, new comfy booths, lots of windows , good vibes all around I am so glad I don't need to drive a long distance to satisfy my cravings They also offer a lot of party trays for parties & gatherings"

"New owners have essentially kept the menu and concept of the prior operation intact - big portions, quality ingredients made with a skilled hand and fair prices - only now with a more welcoming and service-oriented approach. Choice of either wood or plastic chopsticks, both sealed in paper for your protection. Or plastic disposal utensils for the fork and spoon inclined. Recommend the off-menu pork chow mein paired with the tangy sweetened yogurt dessert. The pair for $16 for a limited time."
